It is so important to allow yourself to be in a creative and fulfilling environment to capture what you wouldn't normally be able to on a busy wedding or elopement day and this is exactly the kind of space and environment that Summer creates! "The Sights & Wanderers retreat in Joshua Tree was life changing for me. I had never been to Joshua Tree before and had always wanted to go so the idea of traveling for some content there was a bonus... but the experience ended up being so much more! 
I returned with amazingly beautiful content thanks to Summer's exquisite planning and the organized timeline for the trip. This allowed us to literally just show up and shoot and not stress about any of the details. All the models she found were so sweet and did an amazing job modeling which allowed us to get creative and try some new things. Not only did we get stunning photos, but I made lifelong friends too! Staying in the house together, eating meals, carpooling to the different locations, and editing around the dinner table late at night allowed us to experience this amazing trip together and build wonderful friendships. It was truly such an amazing experience and I will for sure attend another Sights & Wanderers retreat in the near future!""

"The Sights & Wonders Styled Shoot was hands down the best content retreat I have ever been to! 

The group was super fun to be around and we were all able to get great images without competing with each other. Summer also found some amazing couples and vendors to work with that really made the images stand out. She also planned our locations and the timing perfectly so there was always good light and a stunning backdrop!
