You may have noticed my different last names. "Simmons" is my maiden name and the one I've built my business on. "Zedaker" is my NEW last name because I got married in 2022! Wahoo!!
After booking with me, you'll get a TON of tips, tricks, and guidance for your wedding day that I'm pulling from my professional experience and my personal experience from my own wedding!

I have become a puppy mama! We just got our sweet little Ridge last year and he is just the cutest... yes I'm biased. He is a chocolate lab mixed with husky and was a rescue! We got so lucky! We named him after our favorite little mountain town in Colorado; Breckenridge.

a lil about me
I married my best friend, Kyle, in June of 2022 and we are just LOVING married life! We did long distance for almost 4 years so we were SO ready to be in the same city, let alone the same house! We got married in Aspen, Colorado in the beautiful mountains with our closest friends and family. It was absolutely perfect! He's actually a photographer, too! He works for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as their team photographer here in Florida. (and yes, it's as amazing as it sounds to be married to someone with the same career style as you!) He is my best friend and biggest support and if you're lucky (and your wedding isn't in the middle of football season), he may be my 2nd shooter for your big day!

God is so good. None of this would be possible with the faith and hope I've found in Him. He has blessed me with these talents and I rely on Him daily to provide vision and direction in life and in running this business. I am also blessed to be able to lead my church campus's creative team in Tampa, FL at Radiant Church. I am loving the opportunity to give back using the gifts God gave me. Documenting other christians' faith and encounters with the Lord will forever make me grateful for what I do.
My Faith
So my mom was actually a photographer as I was growing up. I got to tag along (usually because I had to) to all her photoshoots and eventually got to the point where I was grabbing her camera and shooting by myself in the background and started to fall in love with it. I did it for fun for a while until I met my now husband, Kyle. He was head of the athletic photography at the University of Tennessee (where I was attending) and convinced me to take it full time and turn it into a business. I am so blessed to have a partner in life that shares the same love and passion I do for photography.
